has been taught and guided by internationally recognized yogis and healers, Laila’s yoga style is modeled after an interdisciplinary background. Laila also possesses bodywork skills ranging from Myofasical Bodywork and Trigger Point Therapy to Therapeutic Thai Massage.
Laila, a former NCAA Division I athlete, encourages her students to explore and develop a practice unique to their needs by accessing ways in which to navigate hardships,physical limitations, negative emotional distortions, and other mental afflictions. Laila maintains emphasis on the exploration of the mind and body through meditative practices, multidisciplinary modifications, and empowering guidance.
Laila’s yoga career highlights include the instruction of Yin Yoga at the famous Wanderlust Festival (Lake Tahoe ‘15), directing Health and Wellness at The Springs LA, where she pioneered one of LA’s first all-inclusive holistic lifestyle centers, launching her first of several YouTube yoga class series, and logging over 200 hours in the Pure Flow Yoga (Vinyasa) Teacher Training Program that fosters the development of intelligent and well-educated next generation yoga instructors.
Certification-Training styles include: Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, 5-Element Theory/Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vinyasa/Pure Flow Yoga.
Laila is group instructor that is also available for private yoga and/or bodywork sessions, workshops, retreats and multi-level class instruction.
