Jennifarre has been in the Los Angeles health and fitness industry for over 15 years. Starting at a young age she was an athlete year round playing basketball, volleyball, track-and-field, and fast pitch softball. She received numerous accolades and awards during this time in addition to athletic scholarships. She decided to forgo those scholarships in order to focus on her studies at Northwestern University in Chicago. After her first year of gaining more than the freshman 15, she decided to try out for cheerleading on a whim and made the squad. Being involved with a Division 1 team and working with the same strength and conditioning coaches that took Northwestern’s football team to the Rose Bowl, her love and passion for athletics was reborn. Since then she has devoted her life to understanding people and the human body in order to help her clients achieve their goals.
Jennifarre currently works with a variety of clients, from kids to performers to extreme athletes to elders, using a diverse blend of methods. With a growing number of people seeking help for chronic pain and injuries, she took an active approach in developing her skills in pain management techniques. Armed with certifications in pilates, flexibility, and experience in a physical therapy setting she’s able to keep her clients training consistently and pain free.
In addition to training, she provides nutritional coaching and meal preparation. As a foodie and owner of a catering business, she prides herself on teaching her clients how to prepare healthy food that tastes great, using local organic produce, lean meats, fish and flavorful herbs. Jennifarre is a breast cancer survivor and recently welcomed her baby girl, Charlotte, into the world. When not helping others or developing new fitness ideas, she enjoys traveling, walking with her dog Brando, yoga, meditation, dining with friends and is currently writing her first nonfiction book.
