The initial custom food plan appointment is approximately 2 hours. This provides the ample time needed to design a personal profile and eating regimen that will be easy to apply to your lifestyle. Whether you love to cook or prefer eating out, we teach you food portions, food choices, low-fat recipes and low fat menus from your favorite local restaurants. You can update your food plan weekly with a 1-hour appointment in our office, gym or over the phone for your convenience.
We specialize in location workouts. This is in part due to our experience with serving clients in the entertainment, music and television industry. Whether you want to be trained at your home, office, park, vacation site or studio, we can make it happen with our variety of travel equipment and exercises.
We know how busy your life can be. Traveling can often sabotage your routine and goals. We offer phone, email, Skype or other virtual sessions, so it’s easy to be consistent and on track.
